One of Australia’s fastest-growing women’s health start-ups, Amelia Bio, is continuing its mission to innovate in intimate wellness, launching two new category-defining products: B-Clear Boric Acid Cream and V-Soothe Moisturising Cream.

Off the back of the sell-out success of Australia’s only TGA-listed vaginal probiotic, V-Spot, the company is scaling rapidly. Amelia Bio is now preparing to launch into the U.S. market, following skyrocketing consumer demand and international interest.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the response from women seeking evidence-based, microbiome-friendly products,” said Catherine Slogrove, founder of Amelia Bio. “These new launches answer an urgent unmet need in the intimate care category.”

V-soothe cream - intimate moisturiser

V-Soothe is designed to calm, soothe and relieve dry or irritated intimate skin. Packed with 8 powerful actives including Resveratrol, Allantoin and Sea buckthorn oil, known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Clinically tested in collaboration with a sexual health specialist, V-Soothe is microbiome friendly, pH balanced and free from irritants and allergens.

Amelia Bio’s Head of Innovation and Research, Dr Nada Millen (Ex-Blackmores) said, “as women age, estrogen levels naturally decline, which can disrupt the balance of the vaginal microbiome. This often leads to increased vaginal dryness, irritation and susceptibility to infections. It’s a major reason why women in perimenopause and menopause need tailored, microbiome-friendly care.”

B-clear boric acid cream

Formulated to gently clarify intimate skin, B-clear contains active 3% boric acid and lactic acid, in an advanced microbiome friendly and preservative free formula. Boric acid is widely used by clinicians for its antifungal and antibacterial properties, while lactic acid supports pH balance as a key postbiotic of a healthy vaginal microbiome.

Both creams come with a removable, washable precision nozzle for easy and hygienic application.

V-soothe cream is available for $29.95 and B-clear boric acid cream for $29.95 from www.ameliabio.com. All Amelia products are stocked in pharmacies, naturopathic and sexual health clinics across Australia.

About Amelia Bio

Amelia Bio is a Sydney-based start-up redefining intimate care with microbiome-focused, science-backed solutions. The brand’s flagship product, V-Spot, was a 2024 finalist in the Pure Beauty Global Awards and remains the only TGA-listed vaginal probiotic available in pessary format in Australia. With its July 2025 U.S. launch and continued retail growth, Amelia Bio is quickly becoming a global force in women’s wellness innovation.
